Elite swimmer Kim Vandenberg's schedule is insane: swimming from 6 to 8 (A.M.!), then weights from 8 to 9 (still A.M.). Then while most of us are on our lunch break, she gets back in the pool (1:30 to 3:30). She hits the gym afterwards for a little cardio or Pilates.
